Tequila Lime Shrimp Cocktail
This one will no doubt make an impression with guests!
A special rendition of a not so traditional shrimp cocktail.
The recipe starts with my garden salsa!
Remember, make it simple, make the salsa ahead and use later!

Ingredients:
*See garden salsa for ingredient number one and fill about 1/2 to 3/4 martini glass or margarita glass to serve.
*18 Cooked whole shrimp (de-veined and peeled, tail on)
-Chop 6 of them in medium chunks for cocktail and leave 12 whole)
*1/2 cup any tequila (We prefer agave based)
*3 TBSP chopped cilantro
*1 lime
*Carrot shaving and red cabbage for garnish (If desired)
*1 bag of your favorite tortilla chips (We like black bean artisan blend chips for this recipe)
Preparation:
Very simple; just soak the whole shrimp and cilantro in the tequila while you are preparing the other ingredients.
Add the salsa to the martini glass, then add a pinch of chopped shrimp
Place the whole shrimp on the side of the glass and add garnish with lime wedge!
ENJOY!!
